Human Rights

Tsamota’s staff have worked in the field of egregious violations of human rights, and in the promotion and protection of individual’s human rights, and have many years experience in the collection of information under extreme conditions and in conflict and post-conflict environments, most often to an international evidential standard.

These environments are generally where freedom, justice and the opportunity to develop are no longer evident, where governments are not accountable to the people, rights go unprotected and abused, and there is little or no guarantee for the people’s security and basic needs.

Tsamota’s staff have operated extensively in such arenas, and we have the skills and experience to collect information, to assist in developing access to justice mechanisms, to train and educate individuals or entities in human rights norms, to advise on mechanisms for protecting witnesses, and to operate safely and successfully in support of a client’s objectives
