Serious Crimes
Tsamota’s staff have worked in combating serious national and international organised crime within both national and international jurisdictions, conducting investigations, surveillance, technical surveillance, intelligence gathering, interviews, analysis, computer forensics and scenes of crime management.
Tsamota’s staff also have many years experience in the investigation and prosecution of the most egregious crimes, including genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. They have operated in every global arena in the last fifteen years where such crimes have occurred, including central Europe, Central and northern Africa, the
middle east and the far east.
The staff have worked in all facets of such work, predominantly in field investigations, forensic collection, including locating and exhuming mass graves, working in liaison with States, NGOs, IGOs and other relevant actors, crime, military and political analysis, prosecution case preparation, and undertaking complex prosecutions and appeals before the international courts.
